CREATIVE TERRITORIES employs a collective intelligence approach with a rigorous research-based design process. Our international background and on-going works are in complex projects, including high-rises, mixed-use developments, low-rise hospitality, real estate and private residential projects that are designed contextually and with the community in mind.

To accommodate an expanding number of projects with varying typologies and scales, we are urgently seeking talented designers who are critical thinker, highly motivated and passionate about creativity and design with ability to translate ideas into visuals, models and drawings.

ARCHITECTS (minimum 5 years experience) - COMPLEX & HIGH-RISE

Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years post-graduate work with complex, high-rise projects, and on site experience at renowned architectural design firms, developing and managing projects to a high quality from concept to construction and construction administration phases. Clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, teamwork mindset, excellent graphic abilities, design coordination and construction knowledge are essential.

Qualifications: Architects

Bachelor Degree (or equivalent professional degree) in Architecture
5 years minimum post-graduate experience
Experience working on complex, high rise International projects.
Strong conceptual, graphic and design abilities with clear communication skills
Working Drawings and Construction Detailing knowledge
Material Sourcing knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and consultants.
Ability to deliver within tight time frames
Fluency in English; Bilingualism a plus
Strong computer aided design skills , solid model making experience, Revit experience is a plus
Able to adapt into fast-paced environment, and able to work full time at our studio, under instruction from partner and team leader

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

JUNIOR ARCHITECTS

Ideal candidates should have at least 1-2 years post-graduate work experience, developing projects to a high quality in the concept, schematic design and design development phases. Clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, and excellent graphic abilities are essential.

Qualifications: Junior Architect

Bachelor Degree (or equivalent professional degree) in Architecture
1-2 years minimum post-graduate experience
Strong in research with ability to translate complex information into conceptual, graphic design representation
Strong design abilities with clear communication skills
Detailing knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and consultants.
Ability to deliver within tight time frames
Fluency in English; Bilingualism a plus
Strong computer aided design skills, 3Ds, and with solid model making experience, Revit experience is a plus
Able to adapt into fast-paced environment, and able to work full time at our studio, under instruction from team leader

TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป)

ทำหน้าที่ศึกษารายละเอียดโครงการเชิงข้อมูลและกฎหมายอาคารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และพัฒนางานออกแบบตั้งแต่กระบวนการศึกษาโครงการ ไปจนถึงการทำแบบขออนุญาต, การจัดทำแบบประมูลและก่อสร้าง และ การตรวจงานก่อสร้าง

คุณสมบัติ:

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาสถาปัตยกรรม และ/หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
มีองค์ความรู้เรื่องข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิค, กฏหมายอาคารและผังเมือง, การพัฒนางานอสังหาริมทรัพย์
มีความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการทำงานตั้งแต่เริ่มศึกษาโครงการ จนถึงการตรวจงานก่อสร้าง และขั้นสมบูรณ์
มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนารายละเอียดแบบ ในขั้นตอนการขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง, การประมูลและการก่อสร้าง, การจัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบแบบ รวมถึง การตรวจแก้ไข Shop Drawings
มีความสนใจและใส่ใจในรายละเอียดการก่อสร้าง
มีองค์ความรู้เรื่องการคัดสรรวัสดุก่อสร้างและมีความสนใจในเทคโนโลยีการก่อสร้างและสถาปัตยกรรมร่วมสมัย
มีความชื่นชอบในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานและทีมที่ปรึกษา และติดต่อประสานงาน
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมประกอบการออกแบบต่างๆได้เป็นอย่างดี หากมีประสบการณ์การทำ REVIT จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถจัดการงานและนำส่งงานตามกำหนดการ และสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับการทำงานแบบเร่งด่วนหากจำเป็นได้
สามารถทำงานประจำที่สำนักงาน และสามารถเดินทางไปร่วมประชุมหรือประสานงานเพื่อการก่อสร้างได้ ทั้งในพื้นที่กรุงเทพ และต่างจังหวัด
หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาพิเศษ

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL INTERNS

Minimum requirements: Architectural and Interior Architectural internships

Enrolment in a degree program for Architecture and Interior Architecture.
Strong conceptual, graphic, design and research abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Fluency in English; Bilingualism a plus
Strong computer aided design skills and model making. Material sourcing is a plus

Successful candidates will receive monthly stipend.
