Jaturon Kingminghae
Jaturon Kingminghae has over 18 years of experience on both local and international projects ranging from mixed-use high-rises, museum and cultural facility to office building, high-end residences and hotels. Prior to co-founded CREATIVE TERRITORIES, he joined Ole Scheeren at Büro-OS Beijing, China, in 2012 and later at Büro-OS Bangkok as Managing Director responsible for studio and project leadership, management as well as client relations and business expansion. The most significant contribution includes leading the design towards realization of MahaNakhon project, a landmark mixed-use high-rise in the CBD of Bangkok, and also leading a concept design for the Empire City, a multi-national joint venture’s mixed-use project that is set to be a new focal point of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Prior to joining Büro-OS, he worked at WS ATKINS China on large scale urban design, super high-rise and mixed-use developments and at DBALP Bangkok as a team leader on high-rise residential and hotel projects.
With his personal interests in the interconnection between art, architecture and city, in 2011 , together with Montira, Jaturon participated in a public art exhibition among other 8 local artists and designers in Shenzhen. The work focused on the individual’s interpretation and interaction towards the rapid transformation of their city under the influenced of the political ideology. Their work was later chosen to be part of the Satellite Exhibition of Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/ Architecture and displayed both in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Jaturon graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, in 2004 with awards from the Association of Siamese Architects of Thailand. He is also a regular visiting critic and a design studio instructor for the International Program in Design and Architecture (INDA) at Chulalongkorn University. He is a registered architect in Thailand (ACT, ASA) since 2005.
Montira Panpleewan
Had been living in New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, China, and currently based in Thailand, Montira Panpleewan brings her multi-cultural backgrounds in leadership, client relationship and operations as well as runs the interior design for CREATIVE TERRITORIES. Prior to co-founding, Montira established her own practice, Office AD, specialized in architectural and interior design for high end residential and hospitality projects.
In 2012, Montira was an Associate and Senior Interior Designer at VOA, a global architectural design firm, in Beijing responsible for leading interior design for hospitality projects such as the Renaissance Wangfujing Hotel Beijing and Sheraton Hotel Beidaihe China. Before joining VOA, she was Senior Interior Designer at THKD in Shenzhen responsible for hotel and com- mercial projects, at DBALP in Bangkok during 2005-2010 as Interior Design Group Head and DSD Design in Birmingham, UK responsible for office design project.
Montira graduated in Interior architecture with 2nd class honor from King Mongkut Institute Ladkrabang in Bangkok and received Master of the Arts in Design Management from University of Central England in Birmingham. She is a registered Interior Architect in Thailand.
Wisitsan Disyawongs
Wisitsan is a Partner at Creative Territories, Bangkok. He occasionally collaborated with Jaturon since 2004, notably on joining two awarded competitions, a design workshop in Japan, and most recently on the Empire City Mixed-Use project, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and a High-Rise hotel, for Buro-OS Bangkok. Prior to joining Creative Territories, Wisitsan is a key senior design member of A49 Bangkok responsible for high-profile projects. In 2013-2014, he worked at AE7QA in California and SOM San Francisco as a design architect, specialising in public interior architectural design. Wisitsan received a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, in 2004, and a Master Degree in Architecture from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco USA. He is a registered architect in Thailand (ACT, ASA) since 2005.

Yan Phornphong
Yan Phronphong has extensive experiences working for world-renowned architectural design firms in Asia and Europe. He joined Creative Territories, Bangkok in 2019 as a Senior Architect responsible for design team leadership and supervision. He collaborated closely with Jaturon since 2013 at Buro-OS Beijing/Bangkok for projects such as MahaNakhon Tower in Bangkok, The Empire City, Vietnam, a Car Museum and Cultural Centre and an Urban Redevelopment project. Other key projects at Buro-OS such as Axel Springer Media Headquarters in Berlin, Guardian Art Center in Beijing. In 2017-2018, Yan was a Design Architect at the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) Rotterdam actively involved in competitions and high profile projects, and at HENN GmbH, Berlin for public scale projects in Germany, South Korea and China. Yan received Master of Architecture from the School of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, Bangkok in 2009. Other significant achievements including a Floating House Research Fellowship in Amsterdam, the Netherlands in 2012 under the National Housing Authority of Thailand, a jointly selected exhibition in the Thai Pavilion at Venice Biennale 2012, Italy and recently a Grand Prize award-winning for the ASA International Design Competition, 2019, Bangkok.
Thrissawan Phonglamjiak
Thrissawan is a Senior Interior Architect and a graphic/ visual communication specialist of Creative Territories, Bangkok. Thrissawan received Bachelor degree in Interior Architecture with 2nd Class Honours from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and Master of Art in Graphic Design with Distinction from the University of the Arts London, UK. Be fore joining Creative Territories, she was designer practices in the field of interior architecture and graphic design in Thailand and Singapore and later co-founded Turbo Design Studio in Bangkok. Over a decade, Thrissawan has been actively contributed to the academic field as a full-time instructor and lecturer for many established design schools in Thailand such as the School of Communication Arts, Bangkok University, School of Architecture, Bangkok University, and Faculty of Architecture & Planning, Thammasat University.
